Tavlo Terms and Conditions of Use
Definitions
CSLLC: Cirra Systems LLC, 6985 S Union Park Center Dr, Ste 650, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047
You: The individual or organization agreeing to these Terms. If You agree to these Terms on behalf of an organization, You represent to CSLLC that You are authorized to accept these Terms on the organization's behalf.
Services: The Tavlo family of services provided by CSLLC under this Agreement, including point of sale, online ordering, self-serve ordering.
Cloud: Everything provided by CSLLC under this Agreement, including the Services and any cloud computing infrastructure, such as servers and networks—whether owned or controlled by CSLLC—used in the provision of Services.
End User: You or any third-party individual or organization You permit to use the Services.
Acceptance
By using the Services, You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your Access
You are permitted to access and manage Your Tavlo account and to create additional login accounts for End Users.
You are responsible for the security of any passwords, tokens, or keys associated with Your Tavlo account and for any use of that account or End User accounts. You agree to notify CSLLC immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of Your password or account. Your use of the Services is subject to the Tavlo Privacy Policy, available on the Cirra Systems LLC website, and hereby incorporated by reference. Changes to the Privacy Policy may be made as stated in that policy.
CSLLC may release new Services from time to time, which may be subject to additional Terms. Your use of later-added features is contingent upon Your agreement with such additional Terms. In addition, CSLLC may change, discontinue, or deprecate any Service or portion thereof for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, without liability to You.
Your Duties
Neither You nor Your End Users may use the Services in any way prohibited by law, including United States embargoes and export restrictions.
Prohibited Use
You will not, and You will not allow Your End Users to, use the Cloud (a) to engage in, promote, or encourage any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent activity; (b) to interfere with anyone's use of the Cloud; (c) to disable, interfere with, or circumvent any aspect of the Cloud.
Further, You will not, and will not allow Your End Users, to: (a) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Services or any component thereof, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; (b) sublicense, resell, or distribute the Services or any component thereof; (c) use the Cloud to create, train, or improve (directly or indirectly) a substantially similar product or service; or (d) access the Cloud in a manner intended to avoid incurring Service fees.
Information Security
CSLLC has implemented industry standard systems and procedures to safeguard Your data. By using the Services, You agree to allow CSLLC to process and store Your data in the Cloud.
Updates to Services and Terms and Conditions of Use
CSLLC may make software updates to the Services from time to time, including but not limited to bug fixes, updates, and enhancements, and in addition may make periodic changes to this Agreement, with or without notice to You. The current form of this document will be published on the CSLLC website. If You do not agree to any revised terms of this Agreement, you must cease use of the Services.
